I have no English, is there a class suitable for me?


Yes, of course. You can join our beginners class. Please apply for the beginners class when registering your interest.




My child does not attend any of your partner schools, can I still attend the classes?


Unfortunately not. You can only attend the class if your child is a student at the school. If you are a parent at another International School in KL and would like to see Parent English at your school then please do email natasha@parentenglish.com to indicate your interest and we will be in touch.




How do I pay the course fees?


There are two possible ways to pay the course fees: 1. Do an online bank transfer before the course begins to : Company Account: Vinales Education Group Sdn. Bhd. Bank : HSBC Account number: 343 - 143228101 2. You can pay in cash on the first class. Please place the full amount in a named envelope and pass to teacher at the start of class. All fees must be paid in full before or on the first day of term to keep your space on the course. Please email natasha@parentenglish.com if you encounter any issues with payments.




If I am absent for class can I get a refund?


Course fees are paid each term in full at the beginning of the term. Refunds are not offered for missed classes during the course. However, all class resources are put onto the Google Classroom and so if you do miss a class you can still access the class materials that you missed.




Do you provide private tutoring?


Depending on your English needs, we may be able to offer private tutoring. Please fill in the following FORM and we will try to find a suitable teacher to match your criteria.
